Anchor Bay Triathlon!

 

Welcome to the best race in the Anchor Bay area! The Anchor Bay Triathlon is the perfect sprint triathlon for those competitive racers and new racers alike. Start off with a 1/2 mile swim in Lake St. Clair followed by an 11 mile bike around New Baltimore, finished by a 3 mile run.

Race start time is 7:00 am.
Packet Pick-up opens at 5:30 am in Downtown New Baltimore
at the Walter & Mary Burke Park indoor pavilion (36300 Front St., New Baltimore, 48047).

Registration Fees

• Early Bird April 1-April 30: $65.00 Individual, $100 Relay Team

• Regular May 1 - June 20: $80.00 Individual, $115 Relay Team

• Late June 21 - 27: $90.00 Individual, $130 Relay Team

• Each participant will receive a race shirt and a participation medal.

  • Late registrations are not guaranteed a specific shirt size​ on race day.

Categories & Divisions

Participants can either race individually or in relay teams. Divisions are based on age and are divided as follows: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up.

Course Distance

The race will consist of a 1/2 mile swim, 11 mile bike, 3 mile run.

​

Wave Starts

The swim will consist of four wave starts. The wave assignment will be based on your expected swim time indicated during registration.

Timing & Results

Timing & Results will be provided by Newton Timing & Race Services using ChronoTrack Systems. Results will be posted continuously during the event for review. Complete results will be posted online promptly after the event. Please review the instructions on the proper way to wear your timing chip.
